Feedback posted for the Energy Star 3.0 Spec

The process for water to water is moving forward with Feedback for the Energy Star 3.0 Spec: http://www.energystar.gov/index.cfm?c=revisions.geothermal_heat_pump_spec (link is fixed)

It doesn't guarantee they are on track for December 1st adoption, but it is encouraging.

That is a bad link.
Here it is-

I am surprised there wasn't more comments especially from the industry.

Oops. Thanks for correcting my post. I fixed the link on the original post as well.

Yes I agree, I expected more industry input. Trane seemed the only one to be complaining about the core specs. And many of the others were trying to get it retroactive to 1/1/2009.

The final draft has been posted at the links mentioned above. Those of us who already have a water to water unit installed this year WILL NOT be elible for the credit.

Even if the same unit that is currently installed achieves certification, they specifically stated that they can not make the certification retroactive to a unit installed prior to the certification without an act of Congress.
